Preparing for Dragon*Con 2010
Going to Dragon*Con this year? Well then, I need to hear from YOU!!!
I’m starting to work on my preliminary list of possible photo shoots for the convention. Due to the nature of this convention, I’m looking for something a little bit different this time around. I’ll be limited on the number of shoots I’ll be able to be involved with this con, so I want to make sure that each and every shoot is as epic is potentially possible!
Normally I go into most photo shoots “blindly”, as I generally do not have an exact idea of what outfits various people will be having, or what sorts of photos they have in mind. This time, we’ll be planning things out quite a bit before hand, to ensure that your time as well as mine is well spent.
Because this is DRAGON*CON, and not your run of the mill convention, I will not be focusing on “anime” and “gaming” costumes. Instead, I would prefer things of either more elaborate in nature, or more exotic fashion oriented.
Think you have something that would work with this? Go ahead and send me a buzz! Know of someone else having something that might also work for this? Send me a buzz on their behalf! I’m perfectly open to meeting new and interesting people.

Visual Basic Source Code
I have uploaded all of my old Visual Basic 6.0 and earlier source code. This code is being provided as free for use for any purpose. All of the code was written in 2001 or earlier. Due to the age of this source code, it probably has no real value outside of being a basic learning tool for someone new to programming.
You can find all of the code here: Free Visual Basic Source Code
Upgrading to WordPress
Darkain Multimedia is officially upgrading from our basic home-grown blogging services over to WordPress due to ease and simplicity. We want to focus more on custom software and content, while spending less time re-inventing the wheel. From here on out, we will be focusing in on our two main areas of interest: Photography and Process Automation. Keep an eye out for all of the great new work that we are doing this summer!
